I’m the owner and founder of 27 West, a women’s boutique in Puyallup, Washington, built around a pretty simple idea: shopping for clothes should feel fun, comfortable, and easy.

I started 27 West in 2017 while navigating life as a military spouse, and like most things in military life, the journey hasn’t exactly been a straight line.

Over the years, 27 West has grown, changed, moved, and evolved right alongside me. We’ve opened stores, navigated cross-country moves, and figured things out as we went.

In 2024, while my family was living across the country in the DC area, I made the decision to close our DuPont location. It gave me the opportunity to simplify the business and focus my energy on my team, my family, and what I wanted the future of 27 West to look like.

Today, we’re back home in Washington, and our one and only storefront is located in Sunrise Village in Puyallup.

You can also visit us for permanent jewelry, including custom-fit bracelets, anklets, and necklaces, or work with us for custom embroidery for businesses, teams, organizations, events, and more.

There isn’t a big, sentimental story behind the name—and I kind of love that.

When I started 27 West, I knew I wanted a name that wasn’t tied to one style, one location, or one season of life. I wanted something that could grow and evolve with me, both personally and as a brand.

And that’s exactly what 27 West has done.

Since 2017, this little boutique has grown, changed, moved across the country and back again, and become something I never could have completely mapped out when I started.

The name stayed the same, but what 27 West means has grown right along with me.
